Am I the only one who notices that warriors are no longer even half as great as they used to be? When Guildwars first came out warriors were the running class, they were great tanks, they could farm griffons and trolls.
Now, they are no longer good for running on any run that is profitable (Droks).
Any tank build they have isn't half as good as a derv one.

With the nerfs they did to farming and the increased difficulty of Droks run, am I the only one who feels that Anet just kinda said to warrs "GTFO your worthless now"? I still love playing warr but in terms of making cash and having a valuable role on a party, warr is no longer even half as good as that Derv/Ele for tanking on UW or that runner for Droks. Maybe its cause im an oldie and I havn't "adjusted" enough to the new ways for people to make cash but it seems to me warr has suffered the hardest from all these nerfs..

maybe, if you knew that warriors were made to kill and not to be useless tanks, you would realise that the class OWNS.

I think I got my point across badly. Im not saying warrs are bad in PVP, in PVP they are fantastic. What I AM saying is in PVE, warriors are definitely great "all around" classes but really don't have any area they excell at like they used too. I love warr and warrs are definitely my favorite class. And I think everyone can calm down on the bashing, if you wanna come and flame me don't bother, I don't wanna argue I was just wondering if anyone else agreed with me. And if you want to tell me how all the smart warrs are making cash nowadays I'd love you

Whats the point to have warrior in general pve dealing dmg? Eles and rangers will do that part a lot better. I understand if theres one warrior... which is tanking. But really more than one warrior or warrior that isnt tanking in pve party = useless.

I think I missed the update that boosted Dervish armor and increased their damage to the highest sustainable single-target DPS in the game.

edit: The post above mine makes me chuckle. I've run 5+ Warriors in a party in PVE, and everything just dies. Try it some time. Also, Rangers for damage?

Warriors do fine.
It's just the level of challenge in pve, has surprisingly gone up.

If you want warriors to be the same pve....monsters? They were, go back to prophecies.

On the OP: No. The warrior doesn't magically lose any damage dealing capabilities when he goes from PvP to PvE; he's still the best single target damage dealer in the game. Physical damage in general is so underrated it's not even funny anymore.
